![]() ![]() We could have Dragons, Pirates, weapon synergies etc. Control Warrior and Bomb Warrior are the two strongest decks in the meta, and while I wouldn’t call them oppressive, I hope that Warrior doesn’t get any more strong tools that would support those two. Not only it miraculously dodged the nerf patch despite being nearly as powerful as Rogue, but it also got indirectly buffed by increasing the power level of two of its Mechs that you commonly see from Omega Assembly or Boom’s Hero Power (not to mention that SN1P-SN4P also works quite well in Warrior). Talking about problematic, though… I think that Warrior class should be addressed in some way. ![]() Some of the decks that got better in the last patch are close to the top, but I wouldn’t call them problematic. The fact that you can drop him on T3 without feeling bad + it has a great mid and late game scaling makes it one of the better cards in the decks. But the card works just as well in decks like Token Druid or Zoo Warlock, which are built around flooding the board. It made Mech Decks stronger, which I guess was the idea, because back in Boomsday when they were supposed to shine, they were pretty much nowhere to be seen. SN1P-SN4P also turned out to be a success. Mech Paladin became a pretty common, solid meta deck and both Crystology and Glowstone Technician see play there. When it comes to the buffs, Paladin was also a big winner. ![]() Overload Shaman is good, but not too strong – so as long as they don’t print any great, aggressive Overload cards in the new two expansions, it should be fine (adding more support is okay – just nothing over the top). Not only they shook up the meta (not heavily, but still), many of the buffed cards started seeing play, but none of them seems over the line. So… buffs! Exciting, huh? To be perfectly honest, I couldn’t be more happy with their first try. ![]()
